Hello everyone,

My name is Megan Smith, and I am the Beat Manager for the Eastfield area, working within the Neighbourhood Policing Team. My role is centred on identifying, addressing, and monitoring the key issues affecting our community. I work closely with local residents, partner agencies, and a range of organisations to help ensure Eastfield remains a safe, supportive, and welcoming place to live and work.

Engagement with the community is an essential part of my responsibilities. I am keen to understand your views on local concerns, the matters that are most important to you, and how you feel the police can best support the area. Your feedback directly informs our priorities and guides the way we deliver neighbourhood policing.
